What is involved with the two-hour time block? 

• One hour and 15 minutes of “gym time” and 45 minutes of “party time”

What is the “Exclusive” party option?

• If you would like to fully rent out the facility during the “gym time”, this is an option (only booked on Saturdays)! This is where instructors are not able to schedule private lessons, therefore, you’d have the gym all to yourselves! Please make note of this option in your contract and an additional $125 will be added to your booking fee.

How do I book a birthday party? 

• Check out our “See Available Dates” Calendar. Any time slot that has a link listed as “Party Available - Sign Contract”, is available! Click the link and fill out all the contact, payment and party information. If you already have an account, please login. Once you have confirmed everything on the contract, you will be receiving an email from our office staff. 

What do I do after I have completed the contract?

• The office staff will provide you with a link that you will give to your guests. All children are required to have a parent/guardian register for your child’s birthday party in order to participate!!!

What does Head Over Heels provide?

• We provide the facility, assist with set up, activity and game instruction, assist with food and drink distribution, assist with clean up. We will provide the FUN!

What do I need to bring?

• You will need to bring any decorations, food and drink items, utensils, paper products and favors. 

What if some invitees do not attend?

• We cannot modify the party cost if some invitees do not attend. Planning, staffing and cost are based on the number of invitees upon booking the party.

What if I have more questions before the birthday party?

• Our office staff will give you a call the week of the birthday party to answer any questions you may have regarding the event. The office staff will also get a confirmation of how many guests will be at the party. We are always available to communication through email.
