Ninjas will follow a curriculum that will focus on fine and motor skills, coordination, body awareness and social development. This class is for children 16 months - 3 years old. This is a 45 minute adult-participation class that consists of 30 minutes of activities led by an instructor, followed by 15 minutes of open gym.

Ninjas will be introduced to the basic Ninja Skills such as Ninja rolling, wall running and basic kicking and punching technique. Ninjas will develop strength, overall body control and coordination. Ninjas will also work on listening, following directions and taking turns.

Ninjas will learn basic skills including Ninja rolling for safety, back flip progressions, basic vaulting, wall running, basic kicking and punching technique. Ninjas will use the skills they learn to put them together in combinations. Basic development of strength, coordination and agility are a focus in this level. Ninjas will be using the skills they learn to put into obstacle course training.

Our green/blue ninjas are ready to learn more difficult skills and take on more advanced challenges! Ninjas will learn focus more on strength training and work on flipping skills.

Our Master Ninja Class is for ninjas regardless of level. Ninjas will be able to work at their own skill level in a class with their peers.
